Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client business objectives, target audience, and brand positioning.
- Conduct regular client meetings and present campaign strategies, reports, and recommendations.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and excellent service.
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
- Create monthly content plans and campaign calendars.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend innovative marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
Campaign Management
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of:
- Social Media Marketing
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- SEO
- Influencer Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Website Updates
- Email Marketing
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
Project Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Graphic Designers
- Video Editors
- Copywriters
- Performance Marketing Team
- SEO Team
- Web Development Team
- Prepare detailed creative briefs and campaign requirements.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Reporting & Analytics
- Analyze campaign performance using digital marketing tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Present insights, ROI analysis, and future recommendations to clients.
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Quality Assurance
- Review creative assets before client submission.
- Ensure all deliverables meet agency quality standards.
- Verify content accuracy, brand consistency, and campaign objectives.
- Maintain documentation of approvals, revisions, and campaign status.
Team Collaboration
- Mentor junior team members when required.
- Coordinate internal meetings for campaign planning and execution.
- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or Client Servicing.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts across diverse industries.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
