Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll & Compliance Executive with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee records management, and supporting HR operations while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, overtime, and shift records.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, CLRA, and other applicable labor laws.
- Prepare and file statutory returns and maintain compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities and external consultants for labor law compliance and inspections.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities, including Full & Final Settlement.
- Maintain HRIS and employee master data with complete accuracy.
- Support recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration activities.
- Generate payroll, compliance, and HR MIS reports for management.
- Assist in audits related to payroll, labor compliance, and statutory records.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, attendance, statutory deductions, and HR policies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR Payroll & Compliance within a manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software and HRMS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling factory payroll and contract labor compliance.
- Knowledge of Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, CLRA, and wage-related legislation.
- Ability to manage confidential employee information with integrity.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
