Role Summary
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Production will support manufacturing and assembly activities for water treatment systems and equipment. The trainee will work closely with production, quality, planning, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of manufacturing operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production planning and execution activities.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.
- Support fabrication, assembly, testing, and commissioning readiness activities.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores for material availability.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and delivery timelines.
- Prepare production reports, work instructions, and documentation.
- Participate in quality inspections and corrective actions.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and process improvements.
- Follow safety, quality, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams during product manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, Industrial, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering disciplines.
- Freshers or up to 3 years of experience.
- Good academic record and technical understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and production workflows.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
