- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, register them, and assign rooms according to preferences.
- Process arrivals and departures efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS), including issuing keys and verifying identification.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and online reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
- Manage guest accounts, process payments (cash, credit cards), and handle invoices/bills accurately.
- Answer phone calls, provide information about local attractions and hotel services, and take messages.
- Actively listen to and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Work closely with the housekeeping team to manage room status (dirty/clean/inspected) and maintenance for prompt room availability.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
