Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-centric Corporate Travel & Member Support Specialist. In this dual-function role, you will be the go-to expert for our corporate clients, ensuring their business travel runs flawlessly while also providing high-touch lifestyle support to our premium members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Travel Management: Handle end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and dining reservations
- Proactive Problem Solving: Monitor travel itineraries and proactively manage disruptions (e.g., flight delays, cancellations) to minimize client stress
- Member Support: Act as the primary point of contact for members, assisting with lifestyle requests, concierge services, and general account inquiries
- Policy Compliance: Ensure all travel bookings align with the respective corporate travel policies and budgets of our clients
- Exceptional Service: Deliver prompt, professional, and empathetic support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a premium experience at every touchpoint
Requirements:
- Any fresher from Tourism and Travel Management with excellent proficiency in English
- Candidate must have C level of proficiency in English
- Proven experience in customer service, corporate travel, hospitality, or a concierge role
- Strong understanding of travel booking processes (experience with GDS or corporate travel booking tools is a strong plus)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A calm, solution-oriented mindset, especially when dealing with urgent travel changes or high-profile clients
- High level of tech-savviness and the ability to learn new booking and CRM platforms quickly
Pay: ₹330,000.00 per year
