Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years and maximum 7 years of relevant experience in VMC setting and 2D programming

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Key Responsibilities
Perform setting and operation of VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines.
Prepare and modify 2D CNC programs as per engineering drawings.
Read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and process sheets.
Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy.
Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and programming issues.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of VMC machine setting and operation.
Experience in 2D programming using Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi controllers.
Knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters, and machining processes.
Ability to use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.
Understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings.
Pay: Up to ₹40,131.61 per month
