We are Manufacturer of Solar Module Mounting Structure. We offer a versatile range of sectional dimensions and thicknesses. We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities, ensure smooth workflow, and meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production operations and manpower allocation
Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule
Monitor machine operations and coordinate with maintenance team
Maintain product quality and reduce wastage
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies
Maintain production reports, attendance, and shift records
Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and HR departments
Train workers and improve productivity
Handle shop-floor issues and take corrective actions
Education & Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production or related field
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning
Experience
2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment Experience in handling manpower and shift operations. (Fresher’s can apply if suitable)
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle manpower and production pressure
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reports)
Knowledge of safety standards and quality control
Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
