Athar Interior and Construction, Mohali is hiring a Telecaller Executive to handle customer inquiries and follow up with existing leads.
Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads provided by the company.
- Understand customer requirements related to interior design and construction services.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain customer records and update follow-up status.
- Answer basic customer queries regarding company services.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead updates and appointments.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Telecalling or customer handling experience preferred.
- Professional and polite communication skills.
- Ability to maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
