We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor who can effectively guide students and convert inquiries into successful admissions.
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in counseling for institutional courses
- Ability to handle tele-counseling and follow-ups professionally
- Proven track record of converting inquiries into admissions
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions process
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for tele-counseling
- Convert leads into admissions through effective communication
- Generate walk-ins by proactive outreach and follow-ups
- Manage and complete the registration process efficiently
Work Location: Sector 2, Noida
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
