Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Design & Project Coordinator to support workspace design execution and project coordination activities. The role involves work distribution, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of projects as per client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design Coordination
- Proposal management and work distribution to internal Design team.
- Coordinate with Design, Projects, IT, Facilities, and Sales teams for project requirements.
- Streamlining process of BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
- Oversee quality and organise periodic training for Design team. Explore latest technology which aids design innovation.
- Coordinate with management for design-related inputs and approvals.
Project Coordination
- Track project timelines, milestones, and daily progress updates.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Follow up on pending tasks, approvals, and material deliveries.
- Maintain project MIS, trackers, and documentation.
- Support in project handover and snag closure activities.
Client & Internal Coordination
- Attend coordination meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure client requirements and changes are properly communicated to execution teams.
- Prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) and maintain project records.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of commercial interiors / managed office projects.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple projects.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial interior fit-outs / workspace projects preferred.
- Experience in co-working / managed office industry will be an added advantage.
