Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the employees, visitors, materials, and company assets by monitoring access, conducting patrols, and responding to security incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular patrols of the mill premises.
- Prevent unauthorized access, theft, and property damage.
- Verify gate passes for incoming and outgoing materials.
- Respond to emergencies and assist during evacuations.
- Maintain security logs and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with company security and safety policies.
Qualifications
- SSLC/High School or equivalent.
- Basic communication and observation skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work in rotational shifts.
