About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth across IT Hardware, Software, Networking, AMC Services, and Software Development solutions.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and end-to-end deal closure in the IT services domain.
Core Skills

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience in IT/ITES Business Development
- Experience in AMC services marketing is highly preferred
- Exposure to Software Development projects / IT services sales is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication (email, calls, presentations, meetings)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to deliver within budget constraints while maintaining quality candidates and clients (important based on current hiring challenges)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage business opportunities across IT Hardware, Software, AMC, and Software Development services
- Handle the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure
- Identify and develop new clients through research, networking, and cold calling
- Gather requirements, prepare customized proposals, and negotiate deals
- Conduct compelling product/service presentations and solution pitching
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution design, implementation, and delivery
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including client training sessions
- Organize seminars, demos, and client engagement activities
- Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to account management teams
- Maintain detailed client documentation, proposals, and reports
