Job Title: Civil Site Engineer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The candidate will ensure that work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Check construction work according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and other site teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and daily site progress.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, and other civil works.
- Take measurements and verify quantities of completed work.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Ensure quality of materials and workmanship as per project requirements.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure timely correction of defects.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental requirements at the construction site.
- Assist in preparing material requirements and work schedules.
- Ensure the project is completed within the required time, cost, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in construction/site supervision is preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic MS Office.
- Good understanding of civil construction methods, drawings, and measurements.
- Ability to coordinate with site workers and contractors.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
