Business Development Executive (BDE)
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coordinate to the sales team to achieve targets and ensure effective execution of business development strategies.
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential new clients, partners, or markets.
- Inside Sales: Manage inside sales activities to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve business targets.
- Product Development Support: Collaborate with sales teams to align offerings with market needs and customer feedback.
- Forecasting new Business: Monitor sales pipeline and prepare forecasts to support business planning.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Sales Achievement: Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of wire and cable products, specifications, and applications.

- Proficiency in Advance MS Office and other financial analysis tools.
