- Handle calls with US insurance companies regarding medical claims.
- Follow up on pending claims, denials, and payments.
- Verify insurance and patient information.
- Maintain accurate claim records.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.
Requirements:
- Any degree – Freshers can apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
