Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Assistant who is eager to learn and grow in procurement operations. The ideal candidate should support purchasing activities, maintain records, and coordinate with vendors while continuously improving their skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, or services as required
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation properly
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, delivery schedules, and follow-ups
- Compare prices and prepare basic cost analysis
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid shortages
- Support inventory tracking and stock verification
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and internal departments
- Follow company policies and procedures in purchasing
Skills & Requirements:
- Any degree .
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualities:
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Ability to adapt and handle multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of procurement or inventory (freshers can apply)
Experience:
- 0–2 years (Freshers with strong learning attitude are welcome)
Age limit : 30 and below

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
