Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our diagnostic and healthcare operations. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the diagnostic, healthcare, or hospital sector, and possess strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare and diagnostic professionals.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies and talent partners.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Prior experience in the Diagnostics, Healthcare, Laboratory, or Hospital industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using job portals and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
