Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day interior work at project sites.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Take site measurements and report any deviations.
Monitor quality, workmanship, and safety at site.
Coordinate material deliveries and maintain inventory at site.
Prepare daily progress reports and share updates with the Project Manager.
Attend client and architect meetings when required.
Assist in snag list preparation and ensure timely closure.
Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline.
Requirements
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
2 years + of experience in interior fit-out projects.
Basic knowledge of interior execution and site coordination.
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings is mandatory.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites across Bengaluru.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
