Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment
- Teach age-appropriate concepts through activity-based learning
- Handle academic and co-curricular activities for early and primary classes
- Maintain discipline, class records, and student progress reports
- Support students’ emotional, social, and behavioral development
- Coordinate with parents regarding student performance and well-being
- Ensure smooth daily routines, hygiene, and class management
Requirements:
- Qualification: NTT/ECTE/D.Ed/JBT/B.Ed (as applicable)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Warm, patient, and child-focused personality
- Ability to plan activities, lessons, and assessments effectively
