We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Closing Manager to lead the sales closure process for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful sales, handling negotiations, conducting site visits, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the booking process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle qualified leads generated by the sourcing team and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings and property presentations to understand customer requirements.
- Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, offers, and financing options.
- Negotiate with clients and close property sales effectively.
- Coordinate with the CRM, legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth booking and agreement processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Provide regular follow-ups with prospective clients to maximize conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to improve sales performance.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
