- Guide guests to their rooms while explaining hotel amenities and room features (like the safe or climate control).
- Arrange taxis, shuttles, or car rentals for departing and arriving guests.
- Sort, store, and deliver packages or mail to guest rooms.
- Answer questions, provide directions, and recommend local attractions or restaurants
