Training Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct training programs for new and existing employees.
- Train teams on documentation, filing processes, counseling, and company procedures.
- Identify skill gaps and develop training plans to improve performance.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide coaching and feedback.
- Handle and manage teams to ensure productivity and process compliance.
- Prepare training materials, SOPs, and performance reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of documentation, filing, and counseling.
- Proven experience in team handling and employee training.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and develop teams.
