Role Overview:
- Lead full-stack Databricks implementations including front-end integration, back-end data engineering, systems integration, technical consulting, and solution architecture.
- Build and deploy production-grade data pipelines and cloud-native solutions in customer environments.
- Convert ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical designs and reusable implementation patterns.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Databricks solutions while collaborating directly with clients and business stakeholders.
- Drive end-to-end delivery, build customer trust, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
