JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Site Engineer – Fire Protection System is responsible for supervising the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire protection systems at project sites. The role ensures that all work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, quality standards, and safety regulations while meeting project schedules and client requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Supervise the installation of fire protection systems, including fire sprinklers, hydrants (Internal and External hydrants), fire pump system, fire suppression system, and fire alarm system.
- Review project drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and applicable codes.
- Monitor project progress and resolve site issues.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.
QALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in any Engineering discipline
- 3+ Years of experience as a Site Engineer in fire protection systems.
- Knowledge of fire protection systems and relevant codes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and shop drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Fire Protection Systems: 3 years (Preferred)
