We are looking for a Rusk Machine Operator to join our bakery manufacturing unit. Our factory produces approximately 50 quintals per day of bakery products, including Rusk, Fan, Cream Roll, and Khari. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor the Rusk production machines, with primary responsibility for the packing machine. Ensure all machines are running smoothly and efficiently throughout production. Regularly check machine performance and make adjustments as required. Coordinate with production workers to maintain a continuous production flow. Monitor product quality and report any machine or production issues immediately. Follow safety, hygiene, and factory operating standards. Note: General production tasks such as loading/unloading trays, opening and closing the oven, and baking the rusk are handled by the production workers. The operator's main responsibility is to supervise machine operations, especially the packing machine, and ensure the entire process runs efficiently according to production requirements. Requirements: Experience in operating bakery or food processing machines is preferred. Knowledge of packing machine operation is a strong advantage. Responsible, attentive, and able to monitor production efficiently. Basic machine troubleshooting skills will be an added benefit.
We are not looking for a perfect candidate. Basic machine knowledge is appreciated, but a willingness to learn and work responsibly is what matters most.
Pay: ₹8,540.26 - ₹20,000.00 per month
