Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, LinkedIn, and cold outreach.
- Contact prospective clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics decision-makers.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and business documents.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM/Excel.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer logistics requirements and coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new industries and business opportunities.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into customers.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings whenever required.
