We are hiring a U.S. Traveling Sales Representative to expand our lab-grown diamond (LGD) jewelry business across the United States. This is a high-value, relationship-driven B2B outside sales role, focused on selling finished diamond jewelry lines, loose LGDs, and curated assortments to U.S. retailers, wholesalers, buying groups, and independent jewelry stores.
The ideal candidate must already have a valid U.S. B1/B2 visa, experience in international / luxury / jewelry / high-ticket B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel independently across multiple U.S. states.
CTC - 10 -12 lpa
Travel across U.S. states to visit jewelry retailers, wholesalers & buying groups
Conduct in-person product demonstrations of lab-grown diamond jewelry collections
Showcase product assortments, new launches & curated retail packs
Prospect & close new high-value B2B accounts
Attend store appointments, sales events & trade meetings
Build and manage a structured U.S. territory plan
Identify new opportunities across the U.S. jewelry, luxury and fashion accessories market
Build a consistent pipeline of retailers & distributors
Drive high-ticket sales through relationship-based selling
Achieve sales targets for diamond jewelry lines, loose LGDs & premium assortments
Manage follow-ups, reorders, and client servicing
Share new product lines, bestsellers & market-specific assortments
Maintain CRM accuracy (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce)
Strengthen long-term relationships with U.S. customers
Coordinate internally for samples, pricing, quality checks & shipments
Share product feedback with merchandising & design teams
Ensure timely availability of product info, certifications & SKU details
Maintain weekly/monthly sales reports
Track U.S. jewelry trends, LGD demand, retailer buying cycles & competitor movements
Provide inputs for new jewelry product development & assortments
Valid U.S. B1/B2 visa (non-negotiable)
5–8 years in outside sales / international sales / high-ticket B2B sales
Experience in luxury goods, jewelry, diamonds, watches, fashion accessories or similar
Prior experience presenting high-value products to premium customers
Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Comfortable traveling 8–9 months/year
Comfortable working night shift during India months
Proven ability to independently close B2B deals
CTC - 10 -12 lpa
Experience working with jewelry retailers/wholesalers
Understanding of jewelry assortments, SKUs, certifications, stone quality
CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
Experience with international markets (U.S. preferred)
