We are looking for a compassionate Counsellor to support patients . You will guide them through hospital processes, explain treatment plans, and provide emotional support during their healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Guidance: Help patients navigate admission, billing, and department locations.
- Emotional Support: Provide counseling to reduce anxiety and stress for patients and families.
- Treatment Clarification: Explain doctors' medical plans, surgeries, and tests in simple terms.
- Issue Resolution: Address patient grievances and coordinate with staff for quick solutions.
Pay: ₹11,046.16 - ₹25,000.00 per month
