We are looking for a dynamic and trend-savvy Fashion Merchant to join our women's apparel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product selection, assortment planning, pricing strategy, inventory management, and market trend analysis to drive sales and profitability. You will work closely with design, sourcing, production, marketing, and marketplace teams to ensure the right products reach customers at the right time. Strong knowledge of women's ethnic and western wear trends, consumer behavior, fabric and garment categories, and e-commerce platforms is essential. The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, vendor management experience, and a passion for fashion, with the ability to identify emerging trends and convert them into successful product offerings. Experience in online marketplaces, merchandising, and category management within the women's fashion industry is preferred.
