- Deliver engaging training sessions to students/candidates
- Prepare training materials and lesson plans
- Support candidates in skill development and career readiness
- Maintain attendance and training reports
- Monitor candidate progress and performance
- Coordinate with management for smooth training operations
Required Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Classroom management abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
