We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Meta Ads Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
- Develop audience targeting strategies based on demographics, interests, and behaviors
- Monitor campaign performance and improve results through regular optimization
- Manage ad budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign spending
- Create engaging ad copies, creatives, and campaign strategies
- Generate leads, website traffic, conversions, and brand awareness through paid campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and campaign objectives
- Track campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversions
- Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends, policies, and platform updates
Requirements:
- 0 to 1 year of experience in Meta Ads / Digital Marketing
- Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram promotions
- Understanding of audience targeting, campaign setup, and optimization
- Knowledge of lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Google Ads is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Canva / creative tools
- Understanding of pixel setup and conversion tracking
