Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Multi Technician to manage maintenance and repair activities for residential properties under our Property Management Services (PMS) division. The role involves handling day-to-day maintenance issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring residents receive timely and quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and resolve maintenance complaints from residents related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil works.
- Perform routine inspections of residential properties to identify maintenance requirements.
- Carry out preventive maintenance activities to ensure smooth functioning of property systems and equipment.
- Repair and maintain electrical fixtures, switches, lights, fans, water pumps, and other household utilities.
- Handle plumbing repairs such as leakages, clogged drains, tap replacements, and water supply issues.
- Perform minor carpentry, painting, and civil repair works as required.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repair work.
- Ensure timely closure of maintenance requests and provide updates to residents and management.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, materials used, and service reports.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines while performing maintenance tasks.
- Support property handovers, inspections, and move-in/move-out maintenance checks.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance work.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of residential facility operations and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
Qualifications & Experience
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in residential property maintenance, facility management, or a similar role.
- Experience in apartment complexes, villas, gated communities, or residential projects is preferred.
