Job Summary
We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics operations for US
trucking. The candidate will ensure smooth coordination between dispatch, customer
support, and internal teams while maintaining service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day logistics operations.
Monitor operational performance and daily targets.
Coordinate with dispatch, customer support, and management teams.
Identify operational issues and implement solutions.
Ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
Monitor service quality and process compliance.
Train and guide team members.
Improve operational processes and efficiency.
Handle customer escalations when required.
Ensure company policies are followed.
Required Skills
Good understanding of logistics operations.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving ability.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in logistics or operations management.
Experience managing operational teams is preferred.
