Job Description – Site Supervisor
Experience: Minimum 5 years (Construction & Interior)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction and interior site work daily
- Check quality of civil, carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing work
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour
- Ensure work matches approved drawings and design
- Monitor material usage and avoid wastage
- Maintain daily progress reports
- Ensure site safety rules are followed
- Manage manpower and attendance
- Coordinate with architects and project managers
- Solve on-site issues to avoid delays
- Ensure timely project completion
- Check final finishing before client handover
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Min. 5 years experience in construction/interior sites
- Knowledge of construction materials and interior finishing
- Able to read site drawings
- Good coordination and communication skills (Hindi & English)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
