Jagson India is seeking a result-oriented Territory Sales Executive to develop and manage sales within an assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for generating enquiries, building dealer and distributor networks, developing relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors, and achieving sales targets for the company's product portfolio.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Generate new enquiries and convert leads into business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new customers and projects.
- Expand dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and project consultants.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
Channel Management
- Appoint and manage dealers and distributors in the territory.
- Support channel partners with product information, marketing materials, and sales assistance.
- Monitor dealer performance and market coverage.
Project Sales
- Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail projects.
- Coordinate with decision-makers to promote Jagson India products.
- Track project progress and secure product specifications.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Provide market feedback to management for business planning.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Territory Sales, Channel Sales, Project Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in building materials, stone veneer, wall panels, laminates, plywood, interior products, or construction materials preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Market development and lead generation expertise.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
