- Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks, cocktails, and menu items.
- Service Delivery: Serve beverages and food promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Station Management: Set up, clean, and maintain the bar/lounge area, including polishing glassware and restocking supplies.
- Sales & POS: Process payments accurately and maximize revenue through upselling promotions.
- Compliance: Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age and adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Inventory: Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the bartender
