Responsibilities:
Identify and generate potential leads for blown film plants and recycling machinery through digital platforms, industry networks, and database research
Manage complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to final deal closure
Conduct technical discussions with clients to understand requirements and propose suitable machinery solutions
Handle inbound leads from platforms like IndiaMART and TradeIndia with structured follow-up
Coordinate and manage factory visits for clients to demonstrate machine performance
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and close high-value deals
Address client objections, technical queries, and drive conversions
Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure high lead-to-conversion ratio
Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial clients
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
