Job Description
- Supervise daily interior fit-out activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage site labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily progress reports.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate necessary changes.
- Verify material deliveries and maintain inventory records.
- Attend site meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and deadlines.
- Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
- Knowledge of interior finishing works such as:
- Gypsum partitions and ceilings
- Flooring and tiling
- Painting
- Carpentry and joinery
- False ceilings
- Electrical and plumbing coordination
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawing
