We are seeking a warm, creative, and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that fosters early childhood development, curiosity, and foundational skills in young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Early Education & Teaching: Plan and implement interactive activities covering foundational literacy, numeracy, storytelling, art, music, and motor skill development.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a dynamic, safe, and welcoming classroom environment conducive to active learning and social development.
- Child Development & Assessment: Track individual student growth, observe social and emotional behaviors, and provide appropriate guidance and support.
- Activity & Curriculum Planning: Design age-appropriate learning experiences, outdoor activities, crafts, and educational games.
- Parent Communication: Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress, behavioral growth, and daily activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (NTT / Montessori / ECCED certification is preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary or preschool setting.
- Key Skills:
- Exceptional patience, creativity, and passion for early childhood education.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use creative teaching aids, storytelling, and play-based learning techniques.
- Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
