Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and sales-driven Education / Immigration / Career Counsellor who can handle walk-in clients and convert consultations into sales.
The candidate should have strong experience in sales and counselling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements, handle objections, and drive revenue.
Experience in Education Counselling, Immigration, Jewellery Sales, Career Counselling, Healthcare, Wellness, will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in clients at the wellness/Ayurveda clinic.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate consultation.
- Explain Ayurveda wellness and treatment programs clearly and professionally.
- Convert walk-in enquiries into paid treatment plans and services.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
- Follow up with interested and existing clients to improve conversions.
- Maintain customer information and follow-ups in CRM.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team to ensure smooth client conversion.
- Maintain daily sales and revenue reports.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of sales/counselling experience.
- Strong sales and revenue-oriented mindset.
- Experience handling walk-in customers is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong objection handling and closing skills.
- Comfortable working with monthly sales targets.
- Confident personality with professional presentation.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
