We are growing women's fashion brand known for its trendy and premium ethnic wear. We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and fashion-loving individual to join our team as a CRM & Fashion Consultant.
Job Summary
As a CRM & Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, assisting customers with outfit selection, handling inquiries, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. You will play a key role in increasing customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Assist customers in selecting outfits based on their preferences, occasions, and styling needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, feedback, and after-sales support.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM data regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth order processing.
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, fabrics, and collections.
- Meet monthly customer satisfaction and sales targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and women's apparel.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp, Google Sheets).
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Fashion, Retail, or related field will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Customer Service, CRM, Retail Sales, Fashion Consulting, or Apparel Industry.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for fashion are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
