We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Student Counsellor to guide prospective students and support them throughout the admission process. The candidate should possess strong communication and convincing skills with the ability to convert leads into admissions.
Experience Required
- Mandatory: 6 months to 1 year experience in Sales / Telecalling / Counselling
- Freshers are not preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries
- Explain courses, admission process, and career opportunities
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
- Convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly
- Build positive relationships with students and parents
- Achieve admission and counselling targets
- Coordinate with the admission team for smooth onboarding
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Experience in CRM software handling
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Positive and professional attitude
Job Type
