Refer My College is hiring 2 Content Creators who are confident on camera and comfortable creating both short-form Instagram reels and long-format YouTube videos.
If you enjoy speaking in front of the camera, explaining topics clearly, and creating engaging social media content — this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging Instagram Reels (trending, informative, and relatable content)
- Shoot and present long-form YouTube videos (educational, informational, and tutorial-based)
- Confidently explain career, college, internship, and job-related topics
- Follow content scripts and also contribute creative ideas
- Work closely with the video editor and marketing team
- Stay updated with social media trends and viral formats
- Maintain a professional and energetic on-camera presence
Requirements
- Strong confidence and communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Comfortable speaking in front of the camera
- Basic understanding of Instagram and YouTube content trends
- Good presentation and body language
- Freshers with strong confidence and personality can apply
