Job Description – Ethnic Wear Sales Executive
Positine: Sales Executive – Ethnic Wear
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience, product knowledge & selling capability)
Job Purpose:
To provide an exceptional shopping experience by assisting customers in selecting ethnic wear and achieving individual as well as store sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Lehenga, Gown, Suit, Unstitched Suit Pieces, Sarees & Ethnic Wear.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features, fabrics, designs, fittings and styling options.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell matching accessories and complementary products.
- Maintain VM standards, product display and floor discipline.
- Ensure proper stock handling, replenishment and merchandise care.
- Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years of retail sales experience in Ethnic Wear is preferred.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, sizing and latest fashion trends.
- Strong communication, selling and customer handling skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work on weekends and during festive seasons.

Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in selling Bridal Wear, Designer Lehengas, Gowns, Suits, Unstitched Dress Materials and Premium Ethnic Collections will be given preference.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
