Job Title: Senior Architect
Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of architectural projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong design expertise, technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design projects across residential, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use developments.
- Develop design concepts, presentations, and detailed construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Participate in client meetings and present design proposals.
- Support business development through proposals, presentations, and client engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Registered Architect (preferred, depending on region).
- 8–15 years of professional architectural experience.
- Proven experience leading medium to large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and BIM workflows.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of BIM coordination and project collaboration platforms.
