Job Title: Sales Executive – B2B Customer Relationship Management
Company Location: Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore (Work from Office)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage and grow relationships with our existing B2B customers, including Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs), retailers, distributors, and dealers across South India. This is an office-based role focused on customer communication, order management, sales support, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and maintain relationships with existing B2B customers across South India.
- Communicate with retailers, distributors, and MBOs via phone, WhatsApp and video calls.
- Take orders, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely order processing.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for dispatches, stock availability, and customer support.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and business growth targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Administration preferred).
- Freshers to 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu is preferred. (Tamil optional)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
