Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, develop high-end sales channels, and drive project sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong network with architects and interior designers, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to lead a sales team while consistently achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies and day-to-day sales activities.
- Develop and establish new high-end sales channels to expand the company's market presence.
- Drive project sales by building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
- Prepare sales plans, budgets, and forecasts to meet organizational objectives.
- Identify and map potential customers, market trends, and business opportunities to generate quality leads.
- Meet prospective customers, understand project requirements, analyze customer needs, coordinate with architects, and prepare competitive quotations.
- Collaborate with internal teams including design, production, procurement, and project execution to ensure timely completion and successful project delivery.
- Ensure smooth project handover while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients, consultants, channel partners, and key decision-makers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close high-value business opportunities.
- Determine annual sales volume and gross profit plans by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies and analyzing market trends and business performance.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or above.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales, with proven expertise in high-end channel development and project sales.
- Strong network with architects, interior designers, builders, and consultants in the Mumbai market.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills.
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹14,000,000.00 per year
