As we continue expanding our customer base and partnerships across India, we are looking for a dynamic Key Accounts Manager to manage and grow relationships with our most valuable clients.
Role Overview
The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts. This role plays a critical part in maintaining long-term partnerships and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients
Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Develop account plans and revenue forecasts
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
3–8 years of relevant experience in sales or account management
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
Proficiency in CRM tools

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
