Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Vice President Solution Architect Insurance Solutions This role sits at the core of Genpacts Insurance Solutions practice. The lead Solution Architect (LSA) is responsible for designing innovative transformative insurance solutions that address client challenges across underwriting policy administration claims and distribution while articulating those solutions in a clear and compelling manner. The LSA partners closely with carrier and broker stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives operational pain points and commercial priorities and translates these insights into differentiated outcome-driven solutions. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration across Genpact teams confident client-facing presentation skills and a commercial mindset to profitably align Genpacts capabilities with client goals. Positioned at the heart of top-line growth the LSA blends deep insurance domain expertise with technology data and AI-led transformation capabilities to drive sustainable value for both clients and Genpact. Responsibilities: - Create compelling solutions for insurance carriers and brokers seeking to transform core insurance operations and services. - Design innovative transformative and differentiated insurance solutions across underwriting policy claims finance and customer services. - Independently lead internal and external engagement across the full deal lifecycle from discovery through solution sign-off. - Own domain-specific solutioning elements including operating model design AI and technology integration proposal development and pricing. - Lead multiple large complex pursuits while providing solution quality assurance for smaller or concurrent opportunities. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams spanning sales operations technology analytics AI and support functions. - Serve as the primary client contact for insurance solution elements acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. - Mentor and develop junior solutioning team members strengthening solution quality and scalability. - Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership offering development and insurance capability building. - Drive top-line growth through consistently high win rates on supported pursuits. - At times lead or support delivery of large due diligence transition or transformation initiatives. - Manage and develop team members as appropriate to ensure delivery excellence and talent growth.
