HR Head – Hiring Now

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR operations and recruitment activities.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
- Handle manpower planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and organizational development.
- Drive employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Head or Senior HR Manager.
- Experience in Machinery Manufacturing or Engineering industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
